Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Orders shipped to your home are usually received within 5–10 working days. Orders for free delivery to the school are dispatched at the photographer’s discretion. We advise contacting your photographer regarding an eta on your order.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my digital download?
A. Digital downloads are usually sent within 1 hour of placing your order. If you don't receive your digital download, please check your spam folder. Any orders that are placed for free postage to the school, may find they are sent a second digital download at a later date..
Q. Can I still order after the free postage date?
A. Yes, you can order for up to 12 months after receiving your proofcard. These orders will receive a home shipping charge which will be set by the photographer.
Q. Can I order multiple proofcards on one order?
A. Yes, you can order multiple proofcards on one order by using the 'add more proof cards' button at the top of the ordering page.
Q. Can I mix different proofcard images on my order?
A. No, images from other proofcards cannot be mixed with images from other proofcards.
Q. Is the watermark on the image going to be removed before printing?
A. Yes, the watermark will be removed before printing the final prints.
Q. What will the quality of the prints or mounts be like?

Q. Can I crop the image??
A. No, we don't allow for images to be cropped online. The crop on the print may be slightly different to what is seen online due to image ratios and mounts.
